Nautilus shows 4 icons for 2 files while ls command shows 2 files

Bug Description
Hi,
see picture attached.
There are only 2 files in the folder, as shown by ls in terminal.
But Nautilus shows those files twice ( 2× 2 icons. )
Going back and forth or refresh window in Nautilus brings back to normal view with expected 2 icons.

Thank you for your bug report. Is there specific steps you use to trigger the issue? Do you get it on other directories or only that one?
