Bug Description

Hi,

see picture attached.

There are only 2 files in the folder, as shown by ls in terminal.

But Nautilus shows those files twice ( 2× 2 icons. )

Going back and forth or refresh window in Nautilus brings back to normal view with expected 2 icons.

Thank you for your bug report. Is there specific steps you use to trigger the issue? Do you get it on other directories or only that one?

I was playing around

/usr/share/backgrounds/

~/Bureau/

~/Images/Arrières-plan Bureau/

I did use some drag and drop between « desktop » and Nautilus.

At some point, drag'and'drop a file between desktop and a Nautilus window created symlink instead of moving or copying item.

I've trashed undesired symlinks, and after that I used right-click cut-paste ( from desktop to Nautilus window ), ending in 2× icons per file.

So I launched the ls command to have another view on the folder, and confirm where my files were ( and how many were they. )
