[U 22.04] nautilus compress filetype dropdown cut off

if i use compress from natilus contextmenu i can select filetype (default to zip) by using a dropdown. this dropdown is cut off on the left side so text cannot be read. see screenshot (not cutted by picture).

second strange thing is when i try to move nautilus window (drag on titlebar of folder window) while compress window is open. Then compress window is moved nearly completely outside monitor on the right side (only ~50px of the left side of compress window is visible on right screen border).
