Bug Description

Thanks for the new accent color option under 'Appearance' settings page.

However, the text background of highlighted file or folder in file manager does not follow the accent color change, until restart Nautilus (via nautilus -q).

How to Reproduce:

    1. Open 'Files' and select a file or folder.
    2. Open 'Settings' and select another color under 'Appearance' settings page.
    3. The background of filename or folder name still use the previous color.

1) Ubuntu version:

    Ubuntu 22.04 development branch.

2) Software version:

    gnome-control-center 1:41.4-1ubuntu8
