Bug Description
Scrolling in nautilus using the touchpad of my laptop (Dell XPS 13) is stuttery, sometimes very stuttery. Compared to scrolling in gnome-settings for example where the scrolling effect is very smooth, the difference is night and day.
I don't remember to have this problem in 19.10.
The extent of the issue seems a bit random. Sometimes it is a bit stuttery, sometimes it is very choppy. It is never as smooth as gnome-settings.
