Bug Description
I connect my Android device to the PC with a USB cable.
It appears in the devices section in nautilus and I can read its data.
If I activate Tethering USB on the device, I can use the internet connection but immediately the device being no longer available in nautilus, nemo, and every other program that read the smartphone data.
If I deactivate USB tethering, the device reappear in the "devices" section.
This problem weren't present in the 18.04 version...
I'm using the same computer with the same USB cable with the same smartphone, so the problem is sure due to something other. The problem occurs only since when I installed Ubuntu 19.10, until some days ago with the 18.04 all was working fine.

Thank you for your bug report. Can you try with the phone on another computer/OS? Are you sure it's not a change on the phone side?
