Desktop Bookmark from sidebar is removed and user-dirs.dirs config not working.

Bug Description

All of a sudden I found that the Desktop bookmark from Nautilus's sidebar is removed. Please check the image bellow.

There is no desktop under Home.

Moreover,

I tried to fix the problem by editing ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs like bellow image. But, this seems to has no effect at all.

I am using Ubuntu 19.04 Disco Dingo latest 5.0.0-23.
