Bug Description
If a nautilus window has a dialog box open, then all other nautilus windows are unresponsive until that dialog box has been resolved. For example, if copying a file and a dialog box comes up and asks you a question, such as to skip or replace the copying of a file, then all other nautilus windows will not allow you to interact with them until you have answered the dialog box for the nautilus window in question.
The expected behavior is that you can delay answering the question and use any other nautilus window except for the one that displayed the dialog box.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. I can confirm this running Hardy Alpha.
I opened two Nautilus windows, and attempted to paste a file from the desktop with the same name as a file in Nautilus window 1 into Nautilus window 1. As expected a dialog appears asking if I want to replace the file already in that directory. Nautilus window 2 could be brought into focus, but remained unresponsive until the dialog regarding Nautilus window 1 had been resolved.
