Nautilus crashes when expanding folder after search

Bug Description

This bug happens in Ubuntu 17.10 with Files (Nautilus) version 3.26.0. It did not happen in 17.04.

- Make sure that in settings the setting "Allow folders to be expanded" is switched on.
- Search for files and folders and make sure the result list contains folders.
- Expand a folder with the arrow in front of the folder.
- The application crashes.
