Bug Description
How to reproduce the symptom:
#Nautilus (Maximized)
Steps:
1. Open nautilus.
2. Maximize it.
3. Open "Preference" dialog box.
4. Drag it.
Observe:
Nautilus' window becomes small and moves with the "Preference" dialog box.
#Nautilus (Un-maximized)
1. Open nautilus.
2. Un-maximize it, or keep it un-maximized.
3. Open "Preference" dialog box.
4. Drag it.
Observe:
Nautilus' window keeps the size, but moves with the "Preference" dialog box.
#gnome-terminal and gnome-mines
The same thing happens with these two as well. This could well happen with any other application as well; these are just a two of the three that I happened to test.

Any way to mark this as a bug in Artful daily builds?
I don't see a way to do that by myself. I asked about it from @ubuntu on Twitter ( https:/ /twitter. com/budhajeewa/ status/ 903812337186066 433 ) , no reply so far.
