After resumed from suspend, desktop wallpaper does not get drawn correctly on Nvidia graphics

This is a known issue on Nvidia driver for a long time.
Originally it only happens on Unity Launcher, now it also affects desktop background.

To solve/workaround this, the background needs to be redrawn upon resume.

I am not familiar to directly work on the debian/patches, here's the "raw" patch that can solve this issue.

Thank you for your bug report/patch, could you give some details about the issue/on what video card/driver is it happening exactly? If that was impacting all nvidia users we would have more reports about it which is not the case.
