Folder Sharing failed 'net usershare' returned error 255

Folder Sharing failed with msg: 'net usershare' returned error 255: net usershare add: cannot convert name "Everyone" to a SID. The connection was refused. Maybe smbd is not running.
In fact smdb is not running. Failed at boot.

also nmdb crashed before this problem. see attached image.
due to bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apport/+bug/1273752 i can only attach the image, not text.

I'm able to view folders shared on other PC connected to the same router.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

This problem disappeared after the fix for the Bug #1639962
