Bug Description
It would be nice if the "Link target" field in a simlink's properties panel (right-click, Properties) would be editable. Currently there is no easy way of managing simlinks in Nautilus other than right-click menu's "Make link" option, which always creates absolute simlinks (probably because there's no way of changing a link's location, which means relative simlinks can't be made to work when moved).
