nautilus context menu windows use different window deco than nautilus

nautilus is using that unfortunate csd/GtkHeaderBar but none of the context menu pop ups do. They remain on unity window deco
(where nautilus belongs..

Thanks, indeed those are GTK dialogs and we don't turn on the CSD mode for Gtk on Unity. It's somewhat a duplicate of bug #1523018 though, they have the same solution at least (making nautilus use normal decorations)
