Bug Description

Ubuntu 14.04.2

Reproducible Steps:

1. Login Unity desktop environment.
2. Change the scale factor to 2 in Displays of Settings.
3. Create some files and folders on the desktop.
4. Right click to select "Organize Desktop by Name".

Expected Result:

* The organized files and folders should be covered by Unity Launcher.

Actual Result:

* The organized files and folders are covered by Unity Launcher.

GNOME doesn't use the Unity launcher so GNOME has no problem at all.
This issue is for Unity desktop environment only.

well, docks are a standard type of windows and ideally the nautilus background windows would get information about those and not overlap with them

I can't reproduce this bug with Files 3.26 on Ubuntu 17.10 so I'm assuming this is fixed, up to a Bug Control member to mark this as affecting a particular series if it affects a supported release (currently 14.04, 16.04, and 17.10)! :)
