Bug Description

I have two monitors, using Unity. 1 is 1366x768 (left). It is my primary. 2 is 1920x1080. Also, the 1366x768 monitor is linked at the top to the right monitor.

I have about 20 desktop icons, including various folders, images, tar's, shortcuts etc.

The problem is:
The icons seem to arrange lower than the 1366x768 display, causing icons to be inaccessible, or invisible.

My preferred solution is to adjust the logic to make the icons visible and arrange in visible space.

I believe the autoarrange logic could be using the total height of the display, discounting the potential "invisible space" in the bottom left of the total resolution.

I'm pretty sure there is already another bug describing the same issue. Let's keep this open until we find the duplicate.

Separately, it looks like that math is related to hard to reach window placement when I anchor the bottom right monitor 1 to the bottom left monitor 2. Should I make a bug for that also? Seems related.
