Bug Description
If I’m opening an dialog (e.g. Preferences or File Properties) the dialog has no buttons below the widgets.
Maybe this is a new and very ingenious idea of the GNOME developers?

Indeed not a bug, a side effect of the GNOME changes to use client side decorations
