nautilus show desktop with several minutes delay after login

Nautilus on two of my computers (Lenovo Z580 and Lenovo Y550P) show desktop with several minutes delay after first login to Unity. Before it show the desktop, it show black screen and only left and top bar of Unity is shown and can be used.
