Bug Description
Binary package hint: nautilus
This is a feature request.
I have an external disk with several partitions. When I plug it in, the automounter mounts it with the partitions named disk, disk-1, etc. It appears that it is not consistent which one is named which, so it is very hard to find files consistently and easily. I would like to be able to rename the partitions in a stable way from Nautilus, the same way I can rename disks from the Finder on Mac OS X. The only solution I have found so far is finding command line tools specific to each filesystem type, which is not at all user-friendly.
