Bug Description
When transfering a file 1.4G to a pendrive the trasfer starts very fast then freezes when it's about to finish, never completely finishing the operation. It happens every time I try.
Ubuntu 14.04 AMD64
have tried on pendrives formated in ext4 and FAT32
How to reproduce:
1- Insert a USB pendrive and copy a file to it
What is expected:
The file is copied to the pendrive
What happens:
The file never gets completely transferred (progress bar freezes, file is unreadable or corrupted on the pendrive)
Eventually some files get copied ok but the information of the transfer is wrong (progress bar moving very fast or very slow, file appears completely transferred when it's not, transfer speed gets stuck...)

The same thing happen in 18.04 LTS. Also the progress bar doesn't really shows correct persantage of how much has been transferred.
The ETA is fake in the progress bar it seems that the progress goes to 100% and stuck there until it really transfers the file. I think it's not possible to trust the progress bar behaving like this. Please fix this bug make it to show the real progress of the transfer.
