Mount error says I can mount read-only but does not give me an option to do so

Bug Description

When I tried to mount a disk partition it complained that the file system was in a unsafe state (Windows 8 hibernated).
It then tells me I can mount the volume read-only but doesn't provide me with any option to do so.

Please add a "Mount read-only" button.
