Bug Description

1) Ubuntu 13.10 (64bit)
2) nautilus 1:3.8.2-0ubuntu2
3) No thumbnail must be created for zero length avi, jpg, ogg, ... files.
4) Nautilus crashed with creating thumbnails for empty avi, jpg, ogg etc. files.
Console output:
