Nautilus does not respect Xmodmap

Bug Description

Ubuntu 13.04 amd64
nautilus 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu16

In order to get natural scroll on a mouse I swapped scroll buttons in .Xmodmap:

pointer = 1 2 3 5 4 7 6 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24

All applications seem to work fine (xev, chrome, firefox, inkscape, gnome-shell, gnome-terminal), only nautilus kept original scrolling directions.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. The issue you are reporting is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers of the software by following the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME.
