13.10. Sharing service installation failed. Does not install samba

Bug Description

Steps to repeat. Open files and right click on say music folder properties. Tick share this folder.

Nautilus offers to install the service but fails with "Sharing service installation has failed. Would you like to retry the installation?".

Manually installing samba works fine.
