Nautilus apparently spontaneously failed on 64 bit 13.10. Nautilus version 1:3.8.2-0ubuntu1.

1. Open Nautilus
2. edit Bookmark
3. manipulate smb Link ( smb://DOMAIN;USERNAME@PC-NAME/c$/ )
4. enter TAB, do not close Bookmark edit
5. Klick on the Bookmark in Nautilus
6. Nautilus crashed
7. After start Nautilus again, Bookmark worked and SMB is mounted

The bug is quite old and the code changed since, also there has been no new report of that specific problem nor activity for some years so assuming it has been resolved and closing the ticket. If you still get issues in newer versions feel free to open a new report though.
