"empty the trash" dialog is not enforcing single-instance

Release of Ubuntu:13.10
Package Version: Installed: 1:3.8.2-0ubuntu1
Expected Results: only one popup for action
Actual Results: multiple popups for the same action, superimposed too

TESTCASE:
-Put something in the trash
-Right click on the basket and select `Empty Trash...'
-Popup to empty trash appear, do not touch it.
-Right click on the basket and select `Empty Trash...'
-Click 'Empty Trash' button on the popup and nothing happens.
-Drag away the popup and the first one working will appear.
