Bug Description

After updating today Nautilus will not open. If I open Gnome tweak tool and "uncheck" have file manager handle the desktop nautilus will open but theme and icons are not themed. Re-enable have file manager handle desktop, theme and icons are fine, but nautilus will not open again.

I have noticed that if I open dropbox from notification area icon nautilus will open. That is the way nautilus will open.

«trap» para punto de parada/seguimiento

It seems like the update erased/modified the setting entry. Re-creating the entry should solve the problem.

nautilus actually is 3.7.90 and was working smoothly. But after upgrading the latest gsettings-desktop-schema 3.7.92, then nautilus fails with these errors:

(nautilus:15108): Gdk-CRITICAL **: gdk_error_trap_pop_internal: assertion `trap != NULL' failed
(nautilus:15108): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'org.gnome.desktop.background' does not contain a key named 'draw-background'

Downgrading gsettings-desktop-schemas back to the version 3.7.5 solves this issue for now.

thank you for your bug report, that seems a gnome3 ppa breakage and not an Ubuntu bug though...

Had more updates this morning and nautilus now seems to be working as it should.

Well, I was able to fix this by opening gnome-tweak tool and setting the "have file manager handle the desktop" to false. I have not investigated this though.
