Emptying Rubbish bin open a nautilus view in addition of the confirmation dialog

This is since I've upgraded to Raring.

Click empty Rubbish bin

it opens up Nautilus but doesn't show you the rubbish bin - it shows you you home directory.

ok, from IRC discussion, the same happens when doing a direct dbus call:

"dbus-send --print-reply --dest="org.gnome.Nautilus" /org/gnome/Nautilus org.gnome.Nautilus.FileOperations.EmptyTrash"

so it's not a unity issue in any case

the problem also is that a nautilus view is opened when it shouldn't

I have the same bug on 2 different machine both with Ubuntu 15.04.
Right click > Empty Bin > A Nautilus 'Home' window is open.
