Bug Description
In listview mode, Nautilus does not allow clicking on background, when browsing a folder with more files than a single page.
This must be classified as a bug because:
1. Background click is necessary to unselect a file;
2. Background click is available in iconview mode, so it is a doubtful behavior;
3. Users are accustomed to access context menu right clicking background in order to create folder, share folder, create file, etc;
4. Files can't be dragged & dropped into current folder.
Furthermore, it is a kind of regression, since this error has been corrected in a earlier version.
