Nautilus unable to open certain URL links

Bug Description
Noticed that Nautilus is unable to open certian URL links created from Firefox. Example of the error received when trying to open one of these links:
Could not display "https:/
The file is of an unknown type
I am attaching one of these URL link files that fail to open.
