emtpy trash option missing for a shortcut of trash on desktop.

It shows for shortcut in Unity but not on the desktop. My Ubuntu version is 12.10. After the nautilus is upgraded "Empty Trash" option is gone missing.

Sandeep, do you know the version of nautilus in which this bug was introduced?

This was running fine till 12.04.

I upgraded it to 12.10 and it disappeared.

nautilus version is 3.4
