Bug Description
Bug description
Binary package hint: nautilus
If I make a multiple file copy from a file system (e.g. /media/sdb2) to an other (/media/sdb3) and some files already exist, I get a warning of replacement. If I accept the replacement, the affected files are FIRST ERASED, and then copied.
So if one aborts copy, the files are lost
Procedure to reproduce on Nautilus
copy one directory from /media/sb2
paste into /media/sdb3
paste again into /media/sdb3
you get dialog box with choice of replace or skip files
accept replace
cancel copy and files are lost on /media/sdb3
Ubuntu Eggy Eft 6.10,
Nautilus 2.16.1
kernel 2.6.17
system Pentium 4-3000 dual core 500Mram 2x75G SATA disks 250G ethernet disk
