Too late for Lucid. From the release manager:

<slangasek> ScottK, pitti: I'm not comfortable with that nautilus-share change, no; changing the default sharing ACL to allow the owner remote write access is not a clear bugfix, another option is changing the *description* of the option to say "remote users" instead of "other users"
