Hello kaanadil, I'm the author of the applet and found by chance this bug today.

I'll be happy to fix the issue, but I need some more info (the only traceback is in a language I don't understand).

Can you try running "LANG=C nautilus-scripts-manager" in a terminal and copypaste or attach the output?

This is solved in bugfix version 1.7, which is currently in Debian unstable as 1.7-1, which should reach Debian testing in 9 days.
