As Python 2.7 will be deprecated in a few months... Why nautilus-python dependes on Python and not Python3?

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Looks like this is a duplicate of bug 1798596 and that someone did some work on it in Debian recently.
