Inform the user that the conversion is finished, and refresh the folder in Nautilus

Bug Description
Just did my usual work with this script: resize, to 50%. In Oneiric, with 8 photos of 3Mo or so. Nothing happened. Still my big photos... I tried again, nothing. Tried by putting the size manually, nothing. Then after refreshing the folder, I realized that I just resized my photos three times. It was very fast, and I was not informed that it was done. And as the folder was not refreshed, I thought the images were still as big, as their size was still the initial one.
What would be nice :
-send a notification that it's finished
-refresh the folder in Nautilus
