Bug Description

Currently, the only way to enable the Burn Proof key in gconf is to edit the gconf database manually using gconf-editor or gconftool.
As a result, a user may find it difficult to enable the feature, or not even know it exists.

There should be a checkbox in the Write to Disc dialog allowing the user to enable it, or if the UI really must hide the option, burnproof should be enabled out of the box.
