nautilus-burner should support multisession, blanking disc, and option not to fixate disc

Bug Description
Nautilus should not fixate discs without warning. specially in a file manager,
multi-session cd's are handy. To quickly burn a file to disk without having to
throw the thing away.
It should be able to handle CD-RW's decently. Allowing to blank the disc.
