Binary package hint: nautilus

I had changed the permissions of some files by running nautilus as root. I closed the Nautilus window, but in the cli it had not exited nautilus, so I just closed the cli, and then this crash. My fs is ext4 but the file it was working on is ext3.

I'm afraid I don't quite know what triggered this bug. And it looks
like this is not a duplicate - there's not much more I can say unless
a duplicate turns up.
