Ubuntu 14.04
Either:
* Enter “apt-cache show nautilus-actions” in a terminal and follow the “Homepage:” link; or
* Find “Nautilus-Actions Configuration Tool” in Ubuntu Software Center and choose “Developer Web Site”.

That button just opens the link provided in the package. In a terminal, “apt-cache show nautilus-actions” shows the same Web site link. So the problem is in the package.
