  * Tweak xmkmf output to lose warnings about _BSD_SOURCE and
    _SVID_SOURCE. #870836 needs fixing in xutils-dev, sigh.
  * Minor packaging updates:
    + Update Standards-Version to 4.6.2.
    + Remove --with=autotools_dev
    + Switch to debhelper-compat 12
    + Remove --fail-missing on dh_install
    + Add --no-parallel
    + Add Homepage field. Closes: #1020778
    + Remove build-dep on dh-autoreconf
  * Add Romanian debconf translation. Closes: #1033081.
