What about a solution where:

* a 'monitoring-plugins-*' packages PROVIDES (on package management level) a 'nagios-plugins-*' package
* a metapackage (just without content) 'nagios-plugins-*' package REQUIRE/DEPEND (on package management level) in a 'monitoring-plugins-*' packages

The question is ... may this harm in trademark terms?

What about all this other 3rd party packages having 'nagios' in it's names or install pathes?
