Bug Description

Version 2:30.0+fixes.20190118.c62e273394-autobuild fails to build on ppc64el and s390x with:

ERROR: crystalhd requested, but not all dependencies are satisfied: libcrystalhd_libcrystalhd_if_h

This will soon hold up the transition to MySQL 8.0. Please could you take a look?

I've uploaded a new build which now builds on all arches. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mythtv/2:30.0+fixes.20190129.f11c5aba6e-0ubuntu1

Was there another reason it was holding up the transition to MySQL 8 or does this fix that to?
