Release: 16.04

mythtv-backend:
  Installed: 2:0.28.0+fixes.20160413.15cf421-0ubuntu2

  Version table:

Boot logs show that mythtv-backend attempts to start several times before mysql has started.

$ systemctl cat mythtv-backend.service

shows:
After=mysqld.service

needs:
After=mysql.service

Verify:
$ systemctl cat mysqld.service
No files found for mysqld.service.

This is already fixed in the PPA, which is what all users should be getting their packages from.
