New QT4 / Myth 0.22 version of Mythstream available

Since Mythstream is an unofficial plugin, we will be pulling it from the Mythbuntu disk.

I tried in karmic:

$ sudo aptitude install mythstream

Mythstream has been removed from the archive in Lucid. This bug won't be fixed.

looks like problem with install script or version control.
