Bug Description

Mythgallery does not support exif-tags, because --enable-exif is not on by default. I know that the build-depends has libexif-dev, so perhaps this is just a minor mistake?-)

   * make mythweb depending on the metapackages php4 | php5 (Closes: M#5153)
   * add --enable-exif to ./configure run (Closes: M#28738)
   * mythplugins is now a 'real' meta package, and depends rather than
     recommends the rest (Closes: M#5579)
