  * Team upload.
  * wrap-and-sort -ast
  * Rewrite d/copyright using copyright-format 1.0.
  * Rename d/docs to d/libmythes-dev.docs for clarity.
  * Rewrite d/rules using the dh sequencer.  Closes: #999262
  * Drop version restriction on very old pkg-config.
  * Add Vcs-* fields.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.6.0.
    + Set Rules-Requires-Root:no.
  * Bump debhelper compat level to 13.
    + Ignore .la for dh_missing.
    + Add override_dh_makeshlibs to restate the previous default -VNone.
    + Drop explicit dependency on dh-autoreconf.
    + Use debhelper-compat build-dep instead of debian/compat.
