Bug Description

After creating a connection to an existing host and database with a user without privileges and without specifying a default schema causes the password entry dialog displayed in a loop without any feedback what went wrong or whether the dialog is displayed again and again.

After closing the dialog and creating another connection `mysql-workbench` fails with segmentation fault (reported as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mysql-workbench/+bug/1451037).
