Just changed again the build-depend field as Sebastian Dröge previously did (ie. we use libmysqlclient14-dev instead of)libmysqlclient15-dev)

Don't upload yet, the mysql-query-browser crashes on startup with error message:

(mysql-query-browser:17715): libglade-CRITICAL **: glade_xml_build_interface: assertion `wid != NULL' failed

** ERROR **: error retrieving widget preferences_window from glade xml
aborting...
Trace/breakpoint trap

It's better than the previous version that just segfaulted but I will first try to have the debian package fixed.

Ok I found the problem.
I had libstdc++5 installed, and the mysql-query-browser was linked with both libstdc++5 and libstdc++6 at compile time (didn't know it was possible).

I removed libstdc++5 from my system, rebuild the package and the mysql-query-browser worked correctly.

I will file another bug for this building problem (maybe in Debian BTS only).

Just reordered the changelog entry.
This patch applies to mysql-query-browser-1.1.17-5 debian package.
