Normal user cann't connet to mysql-sever

Bug Description

dapper fresh install , Normal can not connect to mysql-server , so no program can not connect to it , the /var/run/mysqld dir must be chaged to 755, then program can connect to it , but after reboot , you'd change the dir to 755 again .

This was alreadyt fixed in daper, please see bug #28460 and upgrade your system.
