[Dapper] /var/run/mysqld created without read permissions

Bug Description

Without the read permission the non-root client can't access the

/var/run/mysqld/mysql.socket

and can't talk to the server. Just making:

chmod a+rx /var/run/mysqld/mysql.socket

fixes the problem.

Yes, I looked for /var/run/mysqld (with an d in the end) that's why I didn't find the other. I'll mark it as duplicate
